The Civil Partnership Heads of Bill 2008. On the 24th June, the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Mr. Dermot Ahern T.D., announced that the Government had approved the Heads of a Civil Partnership Bill. Detailed provisions of the Bill will now be drafted by the Office of the Attorney General.
The 3rd edition of ‘Work it Out’ was launched by Mr. Martin Cullen, T.D., Minister for Social and Family Affairs on February 28th in the National Information Centre for parents who are not married to each other (Treoir). Speaking at the launch the Minister said, “Information nitiatives such as this booklet, empowers people to consider their options and access their rights.
